The articles available are on the menu on the left, and are divided into three categories: Causative Risk Factors, Pathophysiology, and Remedial Actions. A layman might describe them as "How did I get it"?, "What's going wrong?", and "What can I do about it?".

If you take the time to register, (no charge registration), then you can comment on the articles and participate in the discussion forums. The research paper database is accessed through the footnotes in the individual articles.
